Setup typically takes 1 hour with 2 people however depending on the space & the accessibility to unload our equipment could impact our setup time. At Home Rentals: We recommend that we arrive 2 hours before your dedicated start time for Personal / At Home Rentals to account for any set up challenges we’ll need to troubleshoot Business / Corporate / Trade Show Rentals: We recommend that we arrive at a minimum of 6 hours before your dedicated start & ideally the day before your event to ensure we have enough time to account for any set up challenges we’ll need to troubleshoot.

Our professional team will handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the simulator. You don't have to worry about a thing!

We provide technical support throughout your rental period through multiple channels: Onsite Support Option (Recommended for Large / Important Events): We offer an optional bolt on for "In-Person Support Service" specifically intended for Corporate Event / Trade Show / Wedding Bookings where you can pay extra for onsite support for the duration of the Rental Booking to handle any Technical Support issues. Training Option: We offer a Support Training Package where we will work with one of your dedicated team members to go through a Support Training Session where we walk through all of the common issues that can occur & how to resolve them. iPad Support Videos: Included in your Rental Package will be an iPad which will have pre-loaded Training & Support videos to help quickly troubleshoot any issues onsite. Virtual Support: We also offer complimentary Virtual Support before, during & after your event via a Zoom / Teams / FaceTime session to help troubleshoot any Technical Issues virtually. In the event our team can't quickly resolve your Technical Issue we'll send a member of our Support Staff to your Event as soon as possible to handle any challenges.

Epic Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit Space Required: Enclosure Dimensions: 8FT High / 10.5FT Wide / 5FT Deep Recommended Ceiling Height: Minimum of 8.5FT - Tip - Try swinging your longest club (Driver) in the desired space to ensure you can complete a full swing unobstructed. Area: A minimum space guidance to effectively use your Epic Golf Simulator should be approximately 12ft Wide / 9ft High / 12 ft Deep Distance from Impact Screen: You'll need to be 8-10ft away from the Impact Screen when striking the ball for safety reasons

You will need to provide: Level Surface: A level and stable surface for the simulator setup Adequate Space: Enough space to accommodate the simulator space dimensions, If Indoors a minimum of 8.5ft floor to ceiling unobstructed space to accommodate a full swing with a golf club (suggest testing with a Driver) Power: Access to a standard power outlet - we will bring our own Extension Chords Wifi/ Internet: Access to the Wifi or Internet including Wifi Name & Password to enable us to quickly set up your Simulator Experience Access to the Set Up Space: Availability for our team to enter and set up your Epic Gold Sim up to 2 hours before your intended Booking Time Clubs: While we do provide the option to add on renting clubs, we recommend you use your own clubs / balls if you are an avid player for the best experience as our rental clubs are basic starter golf clubs.

Clubs: Yes, you are encouraged to use your own Golf Clubs especially given the Golf Clubs we provide as an optional extra charge are basic entry level clubs. For an extra charge we can provide Golf Clubs for rent however these will be basic entry level clubs aimed for beginners. We do require you to ensure the Clubs are clean and free of any mud / grass stains etc as this can leave discolored stains on the Impact Screen, Golf Balls & Hitting Mat. Balls: You are welcome to use your own balls however you need to make sure they are clean & free of scuff marks, mud, grass for 2 reasons; 1. to ensure the Bushnell Launch Monitor can pick up and track your golf ball (some balls that are heavily faded or scuffed might not be picked up by the cameras 2. to keep the Impact Screen clean The only calls you can use are white - the brighter white the better to ensure the Launch Monitor tracks the ball for the Simulator Tees: No outdoor Tees can be used on the Hitting Mat - we provide specialized Indoor Tees so you don't have to pierce the Golf Mat - any Golf Mats that are pierce by forcing a regular tee into will incur the full replacement cost of the Golf Mat which sells for $900. If you do have Indoor Golf Tees - they cannot be white as they can interfere with the tracking of the Golf Balls being hit as the monitor will see a white ball on a white tee and it can impact the results.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: At Home Rentals: 100% Refund if you cancel 1 week before the Rental Date 50% Refund if you cancel less than 1 week before the Rental Date No Refund is due if you cancel the day of the Rental Date - However we’ll work with you to Reschedule Date & Time for another time. Corporate Bookings: 100% Refund of your initial 50% Upfront Payment if you cancel 2 Weeks before the Rental Date 50% Refund of your initial 50% Upfront Payment if you cancel less than 2 Weeks before the Rental Date No Refund is due if you cancel with less than 1 Weeks notice of the Rental Date - However we’ll work with you to Reschedule Date & Time for another time.

For At Home / Yard Rentals: For Weekend Bookings (Fri 2pm - Sun): We require Payment Upfront upon booking due to high demand for our Golf Simulators. For Weekday Bookings (Mon-Fri before 2pm): We require Payment Upfront for 50% of the Total Booking Amount immediately upon booking your Sim Rental. The remaining 50% needs to be paid no later than 24 hours before your Booking Date. Failure to make the Final Payment before the 24 Hour Deadline: Will result in cancellation of your Booking Appointment with no refund of the initial 50% payment. For Corporate Bookings, Community Events, Trade Shows, Weddings: We require Payment Upfront for 50% of the Total Booking Amount immediately upon booking your Sim Rental. The remaining 50% needs to be paid no later than 1 Week before your Event Booking Date. Failure to make the Final Payment before the 1 Week Deadline: Will result in the cancellation of your Event Booking Appointment & there will be no refund of the initial 50% payment Payment .
